HATHA CLASS EVERY WEDNESDAY 6.30PM |

Hatha yoga
Hatha, from "ha / tha" or "sun / moon" in Sanskrit, is the physical practice of asana, or yoga postures.
The asana practice is intended to balance these opposites by stretching tight areas, strengthening weak areas, and find equilibrium between right brain and left brain, masculine and feminine, active and passive qualities. At the same time, proper alignment is used to keep the body safe and functioning efficiently, and encourage breath and energy to move freely.
A great starting point for beginners, while more experienced students are always offered a special challenge.
